Kelli Newman Mason

Kelli Newman Mason is a nationally recognized diversity and inclusion leader who has served as Head of People at two venture-backed startups and a co-founder of Paradigm, a leading workplace inclusion strategy firm. Kelli now devotes her time to advancing racial justice as a partner at Notley, an Austin-based social impact firm. She is a graduate of Rice University, cum laude, and Stanford Law School.
